We Want To Hear From You

Focus Group Discussions for High School Students in Sauk County

High School students are invited to take part in a focus group discussion on a range of things that matter to young people. Get rewarded for your opinions!


What is a focus group?  A focus group is an engaging, interactive, confidential discussion where a small number of people share their honest opinions, insights, and experiences on a specific topic. Groups will last 60 minutes and have about 10 to 15 participants. It's a conversation with a purpose!


Why participate?  

  • Share your unique perspectives
  • Get paid for your time ~ $40 Kwik Trip gas card per group. 
  • Contribute to programs in your community
  • No preparation required - just bring your authentic self!


These groups are for students entering 10th, 11th, 12th grade in fall 2026 at school district that serves Sauk County OR for recent Sauk County High School graduates heading to college or employment. 


All participants who meet the eligibility requirement (above) and actively participate in the full conversation will receive $40 Kwik Trip gas card upon completion of a focus group. 


All groups are virtual on Zoom and will require a laptop or smart device with camera. 


Groups are limited to 15 participants. Space is limited.

  • Wednesday July 29th at 1pm 
  • Thursday July 30th at 5pm

Focus Group Consent Form

All participants will need a signed consent form on file before participating- even if you are over 18. 

Please carefully review the consent form.

FAQ's

  • Participants must attend the entire focus group to be eligible for gas card.
  • Participants can withdraw from participating at any time. 
  • The groups are being conducted by Sauk County Partnership for Prevention Coalition and Public Health Sauk County. 
  • Only eligible to participate in one focus group.
